Chef Johnnie Thomas

Chef Johnnie Thomas is a native to the Mid-West and St. Louis, Missouri but is now a Virginian at heart.  After finishing his culinary studies at Johnson & Wales and many years of working with highly accredited chefs and establishments, like The Inn at Little Washington, he and his wife, Marie, thought it was time to venture out on their own. Chef Thomas strives to culminate his collective French knowledge and creativity with Virginian and Southern flavors to make a unique and exciting approach to street cuisine.  Building connections with local farmers, breweries, and wineries is highly important to Chef Thomas in order to bridge the gap of local craft businesses and the Northern Virginian food truck scene.
